Many of you are anxiously awaiting the final total of our "Found Money" game. After sifting through the many bent and sticky coins found over the last year the results are in:

Results from previous years are as follows:
2001: $3.76
2002: $6.01
2003: $9.77
2004: $31.93
The last two years have been particularly good since we found large bills. 2005's total was boosted by the fact that while in Chicago in May, we found lots of pennies! There are a lot of panhandlers in downtown Chicago, but apparently they are in search of only silver coins! After being cussed out by a woman for not giving her any money, Jen reached down on the ground in front of her and picked up $.36 and handed it to her!! I cracked up!
