I just need to vent this frustration, so bear with me: If someone were giving you something for FREE and all you had to do was show up ON TIME to receive the gift, could you handle it? Could you make the most minute of efforts to show your appreciation by showing up on time? Is that a stretch? Is that too much to ask for? Courtesy? Really?

People do not value what they do not pay for. It's sad but true.
I completely agree with Dave. Over the years, I have been amazed at how people absolutely DO NOT appreciate free services. It really is unbelievable.
