Oh okay. Enough joking around! 
For me, if the film or presentation has Emma Thompson in it, automatically the chances of me tuning in or schlepping out of the house to a theatre just went way up! Emma is a consummate actress with the ability to present a mastery of Jane Austen's work and yet make us laugh out loud in a number of quirky/comedic roles. 
With two Oscars under her belt, and countless nominations with every venture, this Greenpeace activist is quickly carving her niche in history alongside Judy Dench, Meryl Streep, and Helen Mirren. Dame Emma Thompson has a great ring to it!
